We use Google Cloud services, including Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage, to store and manage data securely. These systems are encrypted and backed by Google's infrastructure.

In practice, we handle data as if it were real patient health data in accordance to HIPAA regulations. We expect to be fully HIPAA certified in 2026.

Yes.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by:

  • Storing data in secure, encrypted systems
  • Giving users control over their data (e.g. deletion requests)
  • Displaying a cookie banner and clear privacy policy
  • Processing data under lawful bases (e.g. consent or contract)

If you're already in the closed early access program, you can. By using the service, you acknowledge that there may be bugs and issues associated with beta testing.

We're actively working on it. Full HIPAA compliance, security audits, and a wider release are expected later this year. You can follow progress by joining the waiting list.
