1. Accounts
Therapist Accounts: Therapists must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
Client Accounts: Clients are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
2. Use of the Service
The Service is intended for professional therapy collaboration. It does not provide medical or legal advice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access or interfering with other users.
You are responsible for any content you upload, including worksheets and diary entries. You may not upload unlawful or infringing content.
3. Client Data and Confidentiality
Client data entered into worksheets, goals, diaries, and other forms is stored in Firebase Firestore under the therapist's workspace.
Therapists must comply with all applicable privacy and professional regulations when using the Service.
Both therapists and clients are responsible for safeguarding personal information shared through the Service.
4. Communications
The Service may send notifications or emails related to your account. Marketing emails are optional and require opt-in consent.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the provided link or by contacting us.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that could cause harm.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Request account deletion to remove your data from our systems.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the project maintainers and licensors. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

We are not responsible for treatment outcomes or decisions made based on information in the Service.
